Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SME and high-net-worth clients, providing day-to-day support and guidance.

Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and coordinate financial solutions that align with their goals.

Prepare reports, account reviews, and performance summaries for internal and external meetings.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products.

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and product teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Assist with onboarding, due-diligence checks, and account maintenance processes.

Track client activity using CRM tools and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

Support broader business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in account management, client services, or relationship management within finance or professional services.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

Confident managing multiple clients and competing priorities.

Solid understanding of financial products, markets, or investment principles (training provided).

CRM experience and proficiency with MS Office.

High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
