We are hiring a HR Business Partner in New Cummerata Court, partnering with senior leaders on people strategy and complex casework. Paying up to £50,026.
You will be:
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership on all people matters
- Manage complex employee relations cases through to resolution
- Drive performance, engagement and talent development initiatives
You will need:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, current knowledge of UK employment law
